Very happy with the blinds. My husband installed it right away when we received it and surprised me with it when I arrived home from work. He said it was an easy install and he really likes it. The answer to your question - What would I change? Not a dadgum thing!! The ordering process was quick and easy, we received our order within the time frame you quoted, were neatly and securely packaged, the color was an exact match to the sample you sent me prior to ordering, and they fit my openings perfectly. Since these blinds were on the large size, I was planning on having to spend the whole day installing them. These have got to be the easiest to install blind I ever put up.
I had all four of these monster size blinds up by myself in just under an hour. I'll definetly order again.

Quite frankly, I wouldn't change anything. The products were just as ordered, and delivered just as promised. We had an order a year or so ago in which there were some problems, but your folks corrected them promptly. My experience is that folks expect mistakes to happen. (After all, we are all human) What really matters is how we respond to those errors. This most recent order was perfect in every way. The prior order where there were some errors, you corrected immediately. Keep up the good work.

One thing that I would change about blinds.com products or services (or whatever):
 
I would like to have the option to purchase "caps" for the ends of the metal blinds, since the valance is only a straight piece and the ends show the dark brown metal casing.
 
Other than that I LOVE MY BLINDS!  and they were easy to install. At first I just ordered two blinds for a basement bedroom (that hardly anyone would ever see ...) and then I ordered for the rest of the house.  It was great to open the boxes and have the rooms listed on the blinds.  I delivered the blinds to the appropriate rooms and then got to work!  Covered 21 windows in 4 hours and 12 minutes :)

Our entire experience was very good. Ordering was easy, arrived on time, prices were great & the quality of the product met our expectations. I wish I could be of more help in pointing out and area to change but can not. There is one important thing I do measure a company on & that is how well problems are handled. With that not being a part of our interaction (thankfully) I of course can not provide any feedback on it. The blinds work, were easy to install and look forward to years of use.

"I was a little leery of ordering mini blinds off the Internet. But, I was persuaded by the low prices and the home delivery. I have to say that my experience was very good. The blind arrived, just as I had ordered in less time than predicted. One little problem was that the shipper must have dropped the carton the blind was in and cracked the plastic bottom corner piece. As first I was very distressed and thought I would have to return the blind. I called your customer service number and was very pleased to learn that they would order a replacement part and send that to me. The replacement part was sent in less than a week! The new blind looks great in my bedroom.

"Since my order, I have been touting the blinds.com website. I had three primary needs (1) Quality, (2) Price, and (3) Speed.

(1) Quality: I have had enough frustrations with low quality blinds to know not to skimp. As a result when placing my recent blinds.com order, I ordered primarily Hunter Douglas blinds, a name of quality. I also needed some black-out blinds for my child's room, and found your product quite a bit cheaper. My thought was that since these were only temporary (a few years at max) and probably wouldn't be operated frequently, it was all right to order what I perceived as a lower quality blind. I have to admit, I've been shocked with the quality of the Blinds.ca brand blinds. So much so, that I am regretting purchasing the Hunter Douglas blinds, and wish that I would have only ordered the Blinds.ca product

(2) Price: Prior to ordering my blinds, I compared your prices on Hunter Douglas blinds with several local vendors including Lowe's. I found them to be significantly less expensive (I'd guess anywhere from 25-30%).

(3) Speed: Unfortunately, I neglected to order the blinds in early January when I had planned. I recently finished off my basement, and put a 100 inch projection television in the basement. The daylight that my windows allowed made it very difficult to view the picture. We were having a super bowl party, and I wanted to make sure everyone could see the game. Had I ordered the blinds in early January, it wouldn't have been a problem to install them prior to the game. But I neglected to order them that early. Instead, I ordered them about a week and a half before the game. While placing my order, I was disappointed to see that they probably wouldn't arrive until after the game. Imagine my shock and suprise to see them arrive the Thursday before the game!!! I was able to get them up that evening, in plenty of time before the game.

You'll notice that one area I left off entirely was service. I've found that working with online vendors, service is generally lacking, if existant at all. I must admit, the blinds.com experience was the best online experience I've ever had. From your easy to use ordering system to frequent emails indicating the current status of shipments, to this very email as a follow up, you've shown that you insist on great customer service.

As a result, I will gladly forward on your coupon to all of my friends and family, with my highest recommendations for Blinds.ca.

"...I'm glad to have the chance to tell you how happy I was with my purchase. I have since installed the blinds, and they are wonderful. I could not be happier with my purchase. One of the blinds was a room darkening blind for the bedroom. My neighbors leave there outside light on all night, and it shines right in the bedroom window. The roomdarkening blind stops all the light from getting in and is great. As for the two in the living room, they make the room look very nice and complete. (I just finished remodeling the whole house and this was the final touch) I don't need anymore blinds at the time, but when I do, or if I ever know anyone else who does, you will be the first choice. Your service was great and the people answering the phone when I did need to call were very helpful... I called to see where my blinds were, and the lady promised to check it out and call me back. When she did call back I was not in so she left a message that the blinds had been shipped and the tracking number. She also asked me to call if I had any problems. Her concern was very refreshing.
