After giving it some thought I can think of only one thing that would have been an improvement. It would have been ideal if I could have seen the instructions for installation online at the point I was deciding which blinds to buy. This was my first time installing cellular blinds, and I was nervous about how hard it was. It turns out the Hunter-Douglas I chose were quite simple. I might have purchased them more quickly (this little project had been on my to-do list about a year...) had I been able to see for myself how straightforward the installation was going to be.

"I am extremely happy with my Blinds.ca purchases. It was very easy to order blinds from your website. It was nice to receive the free samples before ordering. There are so many different whites to choose from! I have actually been replacing some shades in my home that I was very unhappy with (and spent a lot of money on!) I love my Hunter Douglas 2" Wood Blinds, and I plan to slowly replace all of my existing shades over a period of time. I will definitely come back to Blinds.ca. Your prices are fair and free shipping is a great incentive. I wouldn't change anything from this perspective. One thing I have been looking for, and have been unable to find, is information on how to install my blind on a metal door. I don't know if I need special hardware or not. If you could somehow provide this information on your website, maybe where you specify how to measure for doors, it would be a great help. Thanks for a wonderful online shopping experience... I have been very satisfied with each order: i've placed four so far and I do indeed recommend you to friends: each set of blinds is right, and I receive them very timely, each time I've ordered. the only thing I would change is price! Hunter Douglas is expensive but your prices are good for that product line. so, i have nothing to change and believe me, I'm a tough consumer. You are doing a great job.

Hello, Blinds.ca. The only thing with the Hunter Douglas blinds was the difficulty with the brackets to hold the blinds to the casings. Other blinds we’ve had in the past (Delmar and Bali, for example) have a bracket/box that you install, then slide the blind into it and shut the front cover. With the Hunter Douglas that we ordered from you it is difficult to tighten the screw behind the blind once the blind is in place. We also weren’t entirely sure when/if we had the blind itself ‘snapped’ into the bracket before tightening the screw. Other than that, we are quite pleased with the overall quality of these blinds. And, your prices were the best we found!

I think that the only thing I would change is the fact that you don't send confirmation e-mails after orders are placed. I had to call the next morning to make sure my order was received, this is a waste of time. I thought it kind of strange that I did receive e-mails regarding my order of samples, I think it is more important to confirm actual orders of products. Also, an e-mail to confirm shipping would be really great..............that way we can be on the lookout for our wonderful blinds! The blind that I ordered was a gift for my son who had recently purchased his first home, it was perfect & looks great. His friends were very impressed with the fact that it was a Hunter-Douglas blind, it scored me some major Mom points!! My order arrived quickly & I was most happy with the price, I saved a couple hundred dollars over my local Home Depot. This was the second time I had ordered from you, I was just as happy the first time. All in all, I am quite satisfied with your company & will definitely order again when I am in need of blinds.

I would not change anything, your company was very helpful with the size that we needed to order and very friendly. We received our blinds before we were even expecting them. Keep up the good work!

Service was very good. Product is superior also (HD Vertical). The ONLY thing I would change is DUMP UPS and Use Fed Ex Ground.. UPS broke my valance and it took a week to get a replacement....pretty fast service, kudos to L.J. for taking care of the problem....she is the best!
