"I was a little leery of ordering mini blinds off the Internet. But, I was persuaded by the low prices and the home delivery. I have to say that my experience was very good. The blind arrived, just as I had ordered in less time than predicted. One little problem was that the shipper must have dropped the carton the blind was in and cracked the plastic bottom corner piece. As first I was very distressed and thought I would have to return the blind. I called your customer service number and was very pleased to learn that they would order a replacement part and send that to me. The replacement part was sent in less than a week! The new blind looks great in my bedroom."

Quite frankly, I wouldn't change anything. The products were just as ordered, and delivered just as promised. We had an order a year or so ago in which there were some problems, but your folks corrected them promptly. My experience is that folks expect mistakes to happen. (After all, we are all human) What really matters is how we respond to those errors. This most recent order was perfect in every way. The prior order where there were some errors, you corrected immediately. Keep up the good work.

We have ordered from Blinds.com on two separate occasions and have been extremely happy with both orders. The blinds are always a perfect fit and work great! They are truly the best blinds we have ever had. The mechanical parts work smoothly and again the best we have ever had! We would not change anything about them or the ease of ordering! They are always received in a very timely manner for being custom sized!

Hello, Blinds.com. The only thing with the Hunter Douglas blinds was the difficulty with the brackets to hold the blinds to the casings. Other blinds we’ve had in the past (Delmar and Bali, for example) have a bracket/box that you install, then slide the blind into it and shut the front cover. With the Hunter Douglas that we ordered from you it is difficult to tighten the screw behind the blind once the blind is in place. We also weren’t entirely sure when/if we had the blind itself ‘snapped’ into the bracket before tightening the screw. Other than that, we are quite pleased with the overall quality of these blinds. And, your prices were the best we found!
